Welcome to Los Ranchos Del Rio neighborhood website. Our
community is located in Santa Teresa, New Mexico along the eastern banks of the
Rio Grande. We are a gated community of homes with lots ranging from one acre to
five plus acres. The original design of the community is an equestrian use neighborhood
as we have a designated horse trail that encircles the
entire sixty-one lots.
Our Association normally holds its annual meeting in March

Monthly Meetings
Beginning Dec 16, 2026, the board will meet on the 3rd Tuesday of every other month at Buttersmith's restaurant on Mesa Street. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
This does not apply to the Annual meeting in March.
