Prior to building your home, a fence, any outbuilding or a pool you must first submit plans to the ACC for approval as per the Covenants.  You are required to submit two sets of plans one of which will remain on file with the association.  The other set of plans will be stamped signifying that your plans have been approved by the association and then the city will allow you to acquire a permit.
